Self-serve help

Before you write in

  1. Note your app version (Settings → About in Monocle).
  2. Describe what you were doing when something went wrong (e.g. starting a round, restoring purchases, signing in).
  3. Avoid sharing passwords, recovery codes, or payment card numbers in email.

Purchases

Monocle uses Apple for in-app purchases. Use Restore in the app if needed; refunds and some purchase history are handled through Apple.
